About Streat Hoerner

Streat started CrossFit in 2013 when his mom dragged him into a class, and he’s been hooked ever since. He has coached for 10 years, competed as an individual at the CrossFit Games twice, and was the 14th fittest man on Earth in 2017. He has an industrial engineering degree from the University of Iowa.

He has lived, trained, coached and competed all across the world, with a couple year stint in Dubai. He has lived in Nashville for 3 years now, and enjoys coaching and training people of all skill and ability levels, using what he’s learned over the past decade to improve people’s lives through health and fitness.
